There is a full bathroom just outside this bedroom.
The social areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a dining room for six, a living room with a TV, two armchairs, a small table, and a sofa bed (which can accommodate two more people for an additional fee). There is also a small outdoor patio with a desert garden, two rocking chairs, and a small table, perfect for enjoying coffee. The condominium's common areas include a pleasant swimming pool and a terrace equipped with a grill, tables, chairs, and lounge chairs.
The condominium has 24-hour security and is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 15-minute walk from the boardwalk, with a bike path right outside the entrance.
